Station A17 is located on SE Oak St. in Milwaukie, Oregon, adjacent to the Milwaukie Marketplace shopping mall. The station is in a trench that lies within the current right-of-way of a freight railroad track. 

The station has no elevators; it uses ramps and stairs for station egress. The concept is aimed at maximizing daylight in the trenched station box.
